1. I was previously a web member of meadjohnnsonasia.com. Why do i have to sign up again?

To complement the new infrastructure of our revamped website, we will require all users to sign up again for a web membership.

2. I was an EnfaMama Club member who has signed up previously as web member of meadjohnnsonasia.com. Do I have to sign up again?

EnfaMama Club members have the priviledge to reactivate their web membership by calling Enfa Consumer Care at TOLL FREE 1800-345-5213 (Mon- Fri, 9am - 5.30pm) or email to us.

3. Can I use back my previous username?

You may use back your previous username provided it's available.

4. I am new to the website. How do I sign up as a member and what are the online benefits?

The online benefits include participation in the Asian Parenting Network. You will need to sign up as online member before you have access to this service.

To sign up, click on "Sign Up" at the top of this page. You can also directly access the sign up page with this quick link.

If you have signed up, just log in with your username and password which would have been sent to your e-mail address.

5. After I've signed up, how long will i have to wait until I receive my password?

Our Mead Johnson Consumer Care will contact you within 1 full working day (Mon - fri, between 9am - 5.30pm only) to verify your details. After which your password will be e-mailed to you.

If you have not been contacted by our Mead Johnson Consumer Care, please e-mail us your full name, IC number and contact number here.

6. My details have been verified by Mead Johnson. Why haven't I received an e-mail informing me of my password?

There could be a few reasons for this:
- The incorrect e-mail address may have been keyed in during the sign up process.
- Your e-mail inbox may be full and our e-mail to you could have bounced.
- Your e-mail filter could have been set to reject any e-mails unknown to or unspecified by you.
- The online membership sign up may not have been successfully completed.

Try the following steps to receive your password:
Step 1: Please ensure that your e-mail inbox is not full.

Step 2: Please check that your e-mail filter is set to allow e-mails from Mead Johnson.

Step 3: Click on "Forgot password" under the log in section at the top of this page. Then provide your e-mail address for the system to send you the password.

Note: Please use the e-mail you provided when you signed up. If you've updated your e-mail address with us, please use the updated one. 

If you still have not received your password, please send us your full name and IC number here for us to check on it. We will get back to you via e-mail within 3 working days.

7. Why can't I log in with my username and password?

- You may have typed in the incorrect username and/or password. Please be reminded that the username and password are case sensitive.

- If you're sure you typed them in correctly but still cannot log in, click "Forgot password" under the log in section at the top of this page. Provide your e-mail address for the system to send you the username and password.

Note: Please use the e-mail you provided when you signed up. If you've updated your e-mail address with us, please use the updated one.

- If you are still unable to log in, please send us your full name and IC number here for us to check on it. We will get back to you via e-mail within 3 working days.

8. I've forgotten my username and/or my password. How can I log in?

If you're unable to log in after a few attempts, please click on "Forgot password" under the log in section at the top of this page. Provide your e-mail address for the system to send you the username along with the password.

Note: Please use the e-mail you provided when you signed up. If you've updated your email address with us, please use the updated one.

9. How do I change my password?

After you've logged in, you will see a link to change your password at the top of the website. Simply click on it and follow the instructions and your password will be changed accordingly.

10. Can I change my username?

Due to security reasons, we are unable to change members' usernames. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding on this.

11. How do I update my profile?

To update your profile, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Click on "Contact Us".

Step 2: From the "I want to:" menu, please select Update my profile.

Step 3: Tell us the changes you want to make in the space provided.

Please include your full name and IC number for verification.

12. I've requested for my password through the "Forgot password?" option. Why haven't I received an e-mail reminding me of my password?

There could be a few reasons to this:
- The e-mail address provided could be different from the one provided during sign up.
- Your e-mail inbox may be full and our -email to you could have bounced.
- Your e-mail filter could have been set to reject any e-mails unknown to or unspecified by you.
